Confirm your wedding date

Book your room and hold rooms for your guests
Now that you have a wedding date, it’s time to secure a room block. This step is very important because all inclusive resorts sell out fast – and you want to have rooms for your guests! We help you secure these rooms at a discounted rate, giving you confidence that you have plenty of space for your guests for a fraction of the price.
Create A Guest List
Gather email addresses and street addresses from all your guests. This makes staying connected easier throughout the planning process.

Show your personality by sending creative Save-The-Dates! Be sure to include your wedding website (which we provide for each wedding couple).
Your wedding website is customized for you as a place for all of your destination wedding and travel information. It will include pictures of the resort, destination information, and rooms that you are holding at the discounted prices.
We handle the whole process for you, taking the stress out of your wedding and leaving you to focus only on picking out your ceremony details!
Book Travel
Be sure that your bridal party and VIP guests are booked. Feel free to send Save-The-Date emails to remind your guests about booking their travel.
Wedding Rings
Pick out and purchase your wedding rings!
